Refund Policy
At Samou Studio we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return a product within 14 days of receipt provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. To request a return email info@samoustudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions within 5 business days. Once the returned product is received and inspected the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. Any defective or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs. Orders may be canceled before shipping by contacting info@samoustudio.com. After shipping, orders can only be returned according to this policy.
